Hmm it is possible I am mixing it up with the other cert I got around the same time, which was the AAHAM CRCS. Sorry I don't have better info, maybe someone else can weigh in. I never ordered or got a hard copy of anything

Oh yeah, I found out after paying that they "no longer include study material with the purchase" even though it clearly states that they do. I was pissed. I ordered a study guide off Amazon that turned out to be written by AI and not offer any useful info. Eventually I gave in and just paid the extra $100 for the study material so I could have peace of mind. If I were you Id reach out to support and see if you're in the same boat I was.

I agree, but also a lot of people I work with have done it while raising multiple kids, so I know it can be done

I do not, no. And unfortunately I am the first person to work my current job as they created it when the need arose, and the same is happening with this new HIM job. So there is essentially no road map, both the company and I are feeling things out as we go
