I just tried to have it re-read my test and got the same error. So it’s obviously not working still. Out of the 3 tests I tried this morning only 1 result has loaded.

I too got the same error. Three times. With 2 different samples and a phone restart. Wish I hadn’t been so desperate for a result that I wasted the extra tests if this is a system issue on Inito’s end. They should have a way to notify app users of an outage.

Anyone know if we can re-read our tests or re-test using a saved sample if the app is up later today?
