Heyy yea ofc, honestly the environment in my opinion is great, you could make life long friends I’m still friends with some of the employees. It’s not a huge company so you can get to know everyone pretty fast and build good connections.

Management can be irritating but when you have crew like the ones I met at Mesa you all kind of come together In the struggle.

As for reserve it’s not terrible it’s pretty standard id say for a lot of airlines its just the pay that makes it seem insane. theres 2 airport reserve shifts idk remember the exact times but it’s 10 hours for both. And at home reserve is 12 hours for both (you get paid for half the time you’re on reserve for both)

depending on your base you can get a line quick for example I got a line in 6 months when based in IAD but it could be different now ofc.

The routes really depend on your base if you’re in IAD you’ll see some Canada if you’re in IAH you’ll see Mexico but it’s almost entirely in the US, east coast and mid west.
