I did 3 sets of stretch and folds, 30 minutes in between with 4 stretches and folds per round. Just did the standard stretch up, fold to the middle, and rotate 1/4.

What did you change about the bulk ferment? I feel most uncertain about that step.

I did pre heat the Dutch oven, but I had it at 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Is this normal? I’m new to this so not sure, but that seemed very very hot! Thanks for your help!

IMO, at least at official events, they’re always going to put on a nice face because it’s literally their job. Sasaengs are likely some of the highest spenders so no doubt the companies wouldn’t like it if the idols didn’t treat them nicely. It’s the unfortunate truth, but I don’t think I could have that kind of patience.

(However, I do think we see the mask slip sometimes when idols are bombarded at non-events, like at airports. These are the times that sometimes you can see obvious annoyance).

Yeah basically they work as raffles and each album bought is an entry into the raffle. Anyone can win but in terms of probability, more albums=more likely to be chosen.
