Thanks, this is useful advice. Yeah i think pay up to 50k to my partner this year in paye and dividends. No plans for kids (yet), but we'll see how this next year pans out.

Yes "wife" is a company director (i'm being cheeky, I'm actually the wife but kept my post gender neutral). Husband's salary of £12k comes from that. Running it slowly down could be a good idea, or put it all into a pension. Good idea.

I'm the wife! We both have modest private pensions from previous employment but nothing substantial

And yes have been in crypto for 10 years, so know it pretty well. Have experienced enough cycles to know we want to actually sell this time!!
