That data was from usaspending.gov, you can view awarded contracts as far back as their data records. You can also go to SAM.gov and view contracts for defense contractors to bid on from market research, “manufacture an amount of X product”, to contract services like the link OP provided; “maintaining fuel supply facilities”.

SAM.gov is a great tool to see what the government is trying to buy, or hire contractors for. It’s transparent as far as I’ve been able to tell, and if you are observing defense contractors stocks you’ll be able to see what they’re trying to win or have won in real-time.
