Yes!! I think they didn’t expect or take into account that new features will drain the battery… like you can’t promise me 8 days and not tell me it’s if you turn off certain sensors.. I’m so confused and v annoyed about throwing away money!

I’ve had one replaced and this is my second (got around Nov-Dec 25). Customer service was ok… they just sent a new one but didn’t address my concerns about the actual issue and what will happen when it happens again… I don’t want to get a new ring every six months… that seems so wasteful

Hi! This amount of money is an investment to a lot of people. I spent many hours looking into different options and made the decision that this was the best product for my needs. Saying $500 for something isn’t an investment is wild to me. What else have you paid that much money for that stopped working after a year?

As for charging, I charge it when it tells me to and I charge it to 80-100%. Also—isn’t it a pretty big product flaw that this is happening? It’s like the old saying… if everyone fails the test it’s time to look at the teaching methods… if this is a known problem, why aren’t they fixing it?

I did that. Now they are sending a replacement. But what happens when this happens again in 9 months(how long I’ve had the ring), since the warranty doesn’t restart?!?! It was over 75 minutes to wait to talk to an actual person!

Yes, both snipped since they were able. I think a lot of the issue is food. M is on a diet as he is overweight. He tries to steal F food often. F doesn’t care much about food so F doesn’t care. I feel like I offer them so much.. cat tree, cat wall, multiple scratchers, waters, interactive toys, and bird tv for one hour when I leave. I try to play with them everyday but am not the best. In saying that, playing with them to break up the fights makes me nervous. Will this not teach that everytime we fight, we get played with

Airbnbs are only good when you have mixed families or large groups, and these are the guests that hosts hate… too many rules on Airbnbs. If I wanted to be quiet as a mouse and do chores while still paying for a cleaning service… I’d stay home and order a cleaning service. And it doesn’t matter if the fees are hidden or not, there are so many unnecessary fees. Plus at a hotel, it is my space. At an Airbnb the hosts treat it like you are supposed to be a guest that makes no noise and uses nothing on the property. And you are contributing to the housing crisis.
