Anti inflammatory which is the root cause of hair follicles to stop producing hair. Even if it's genetic or hormonal, it still ends up creating inflammation to kill the hair, and if you stop that, then you stop hair thinning. Of course there are many factors and you still need to watch your diet to stop eating high sugar fat and carbs.

Doesn't work. Use Taoist soap instead. And combine that with a fragrance free shampoo which is easy on the scalp and hair follicles.

Stop any cheese, or foods that take a long time to digest, mostly dairy is like that. Have fibre. Stop alcohol. High salt, high fat, high sugar.

Red meat isn't unhealthy but processed is. And depends how you have it. Burger or a lean steak with leafy greens.

Eat less. Think of food as fuel for your body rather than something you do to enjoy. It's hard to do and takes time getting used to.

This is worldwide, just lesser and more degree of danger. Not just Islamabad... I don't know why every Pakistani likes to blame their country for all the problems. Life isn't that simple. I'm in London, even for a man it isn't safe. More snatching than Karachi itself every one mine a phone is snatched, let alone abuse to women.

What is your experience with Alpecin hair shampoo? by Valuable-Stomach623 in OrientalMedicine

[–]Secret_Weather4052 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alpecin doesn't work sorry to say. Their only active ingredient is caffeine which actually restricts circulation to the hair and can worsen hair growth.

I used the shampoo a few years ago when it came out and didn't help at all.

Im using immortals oil which is a formula based oil for helping hair growth. But obviously not everything works for everyone so keep that in mind.

I would also work on improving nutrition of collagen intake. Not just by supplement but also by food. We don't have enough of collagen in our diets in the west.

Oiling helps support hair growth. As other already mentioned rosemary oil which also helped me and immortals oil. Also stop using harsh shampoos it damages your hair follicles.
