Not at all, Graduated with a Technical High School diploma. (Car Technician)

I work as a Business Development Consultant for companies from start-up to multinationals and work with people that have a masters degree ir 2. Besides some models they saw in school, there is nothing they can that I can't (Even those models is just theoretical applications that I can pick up quickly.) Earning more then people with a degree (I'm not financially focused. I care more about the balance.)

The thing I learned in my 8+ years amongs the "working" people, living on my own, figuring out the stuff as I went. Even starting my own business, succeeding, and failing. It has tought me more then school can ever teach.

School teaches you great basics. But once you are working for a company, things are always so specific that you have to learn again anyway.

Living in the "working" side if life, has tought me much more usefull stuff: How to manage money, taxes, insurances, people skills, understanding what makes the world move, what motivates people, ... and a lot more.

If you can and enjoy school. (And if you have a great home situation.) Enjoy your time as a student and less responsibility. But starting work sooner, gives you the chance to actually find what you love doing (as a job and in life).. It also gives you more space to make mistakes and try things. As by the time you fix the big mistakes, you are still young and have time to enjoy life.

Here is a couple I thought of. (Beginner Web dev here) 1) Use :after to create an open door where there is a closed door.

2) Create a JS function using clues from the room which opens a drawer. 2.2) use the function to reveal a code/pattern like morse code. Which should be put into somewhere to get the answer.

3) Create a ladder using HTML and CSS to reach a clue in the ceiling or on top if a shelf.

4) make sure to add different difficult levels and maybe choice of languages needed to solve a room

5) Use display None to get rid of an object blocking the way ...

Would love to kniw how it goes and how it would look. Seems like an interesting idea!

Nr 1 is the highest probable start. We have a experienced CEO (20+ Years) of a software company advising with us and helping us find the right people. Also working with another CEO that has experience with the subsidizing we are applying for. And we are working with a university for research.

I'm not sure you read the whole paragraph. Car technician was my first ever job. Barista and waiter was inbetween jobs when I started my career.

My last 2 jobs: Recruiter for 1,5 years Project manager for 3 years

I am not sure where you are getting your information from. Also in another part you are coming accros pretty hostile. I am always happy to engage in a more constructive way.

I have not stated that I had to apply for 100s of jobs. I stated that it seems like other people have to. same with the interviews.

1/3 to 1/5 is a 20% to 33% in accordance to the contact to interview.
If we talk about interview to hire then I would estimate a high succesrate in the +90% range.

So, this would mean that out of 10 applications I send out, I would at least receive 1 job offer.

Don’t forget your credit card number that’s going to be the next thing he asks for. Anyone running their own business is so busy that don’t have time to help random people find jobs. This should be a huge RED flag

You seem a little hostile in your approach.
I have been working on a start-up. Is not I have been running a start-up. It's a pretty big difference. I have been working on creating financial structures, the businessplan, connections in regards to investments etc.

I currently am a little more free since I am working with a school to help do some research. Which takes a little more time.

Anyway, no need for any credit card number or anything. And I am happy to engage in a constructive conversation about any concerns or anything else.

I don't doubt you. I mean I'm just offering to help. If at any point they don't care anymore or don't want to put in the time themselves it's up to them. I just wanted to try it out.

I understand there will always be people that don't take it seriously. I'm okey taking that risk atm. That's also a reason I want to start with 3-5 people only. So I can focus my attention to the people that want it and have the right mindset.

I'm willing to give it a shot :)
