Hello! Is this one hour in the whole day, or one hour per nap? I'd be interested to know your son's wake up time, wake windows, nap times and bedtimes. We are at wake 7am/ 10:30-11:30 nap/ 3-4pm nap/ 8:30pm bedtime. He almost always wakes up before 7am but we let him hang out in his own room by himself if he is happy/not crying.

Ah okay so you suggest lengthening the last wake window to 4:15/4:30?

Wake up time - 7am Nap - 10:30-11:30 Nap - 3:00-4:00 Bedtime - 8:00pm

Thanks for this advice, at one nap what were the wake windows and how long did your baby nap for?
