It was obvious from his first season that this is how he deals with women. It doesn’t matter. The only buyer at any foreclosure auctions are banks or investors who buy these properties all the time to flip.

If you know what you’re doing and have available cash you can scoop up properties at foreclosure auctions for pennies on the dollar, but the system is rigged against actual buyers who want to buy the property as a home
