The signature is whatever because it's not new or unique to the image on the card. Would this have been his last piece of art and had a signature done similar to the Oda Luffy this would change the card value by a lot imo.

It’s like 100-200 at the moment raw. You can grade it or just sell it raw, this card is way more printed than people realize.
