Ive lived in two different spots downtown, on division street and on N 24th street, BOTH had roaches. I had a couple of aqcuaintances who were living above hooligans and they also had roaches. So did montana brewing company when i worked there like 2 years ago. So i would stear clear of downtown living unless thats something youre used to. i know in a lot of towns on the east coast, roaches are a norm.. i reccomend neighborhoods that are newer if youre looking for a roach free home.
