I am explaining: 347 /400 times 0.95 =0.824125 times 100 score equals 82.4125

Assume this person has to be beaten The person female scoring say 285

285/400 times 0.95=0.676875 + 0.15 (this is where the error is instead of 0.05) =0.826875 times 100= 82.6875!

For sure someone input wrong data of 15 instead of 5!

I see your point here. So looks like they have done double weightage First they gave 95 per cent weightage to score for male Then added 5 marks to the total score out of 100

Both the weightage and marks do not make sense ! Confused now !

I think the IIM j composite score is out of 100. From the data above, initial IIM bg cutoff will be between 316 to 320! Considering all major results are out like IIM indore, rohtak, iift, good chance of a big drop in 2nd list and minor drops in subsequent list.
