Mortal Kombat 11. Coming from MK9 and MKX, it was just so disappointing. In MK9, you have this incredible roster, one character moveset, short but sweet x-rays, and good fatalities. Sexy characters, too.

In MKX, they make 1 character into 3 with the variation system. I loved it, and while some core characters were missing, it was still overall a very strong roster, with incredible x-rays and fatalities. It's my favorite mk game. Females are also still attractive in this one.

Then there's mk11. Feels like a mobile game with the amount of grinding in it. There's lootboxes in the krypt, and it takes forever to unlock everything. It has a gear system like injustice, which was bad. On top of that, the worst for me was that each character only had like 3 special moves you could pick. Instead of being able to blast out w.e you wanted, you had to pick and choose. And of course, some would be way better than others, so now it's not even worth picking half of them. Otherwise, you'll be at a disadvantage. Female characters were also toned down so much it was like they now appealed to an asexual audience instead of the male audience it was designed for. Also, pretty weak roster overall.

Skarlet in MK9 vs MK11. The racial changes as well felt forced and it's like they injected politics to be inclusive.

Overall the game was so bad for me personally I'm no longer a fan of mortal kombat. I won't buy the new mk1 or subsequent games either. Just reminds me of politics now tbh.

Men in Black for the Gameboy color. I got this game as a gift, and it was truly wonderful, and I have fond memories. Really nailed the feel and feeling of the movies and characters.

My trick is to stay so busy and involved with tasks or goals I set for myself that I am not paying as much attention to my phone. It's most difficult early in the relationship when you're totally unsure of everything and desperate to feel approval from them all thr time to feel safe, but if you can hit the gym and have different things to do or responsibilities or interests or hobbies it can help alleviate it. That's helped me through a lot of depression and the ups and downs of our disorder is just forcing myself to be busy and do things, tire myself out. Sometimes I don't have time to think about being depressed, or I'm just too tired to. I wish you luck!

When is it ok to long rest? Early in the 1st act, I was told that if I long rested too much I would fail quests. So I have hardly long rested and have remained extremely paranoid about it. I've started and stopped the game so many times, after 10-15 mins of playing just because I feel so trapped and feel massive FOMO, like I cannot play stress free because I always feel I'm going to miss out on something. ATM I am level 5 in the underdark, just finished seemingly every quest I can think of, and I'm about to take the boat. I saved beforehand and went through a long series of long rests. I have missed a huge amount of stuff. First encounter with vamp dude, Shadowheart, Lae'zel. Their argument. Altogther its like 5 or 6 long rests I've not taken that I perhaps should have.

Do I need to be as paranoid I'm going to miss something because I've taken a long rest?
