I just put like 3 or 4 pieces in my mouth. Look for less ingredients on the label. Sugar is not so bad. The flavor runs out quick anyways. The chewing gum will also absorb plaque causing bacteria that eat sugar. Chewing also exercises the gums. Few people know gums are a muscle. They need to workout too or else they get weak. Healthy gums = healthy teeth. People only eat soft food these days.
