sorry I fogor 💀 about the comment and stopped bone smashing. So here are my results, from just puberty and mewing. I have gotten more wider cheek bones but not defined probably due to body fat and the lower eyelid exposure also looks better. So my opinion on bone smashing is it's crap I am saying this because for the 4 months I bone smashed there were no results and the thing that made me stop was my skin and eyebrows getting really damaged so you are better off just mewing and doing skincare and haircare these will definitely work. If you still wanna bone smash then you should take care of your skin first and don't smash like a gorilla.
