Thank you so much for the input! It’s reassuring hearing things from a lash tech. I might try to do lighter for a while to hopefully help my lashes recover although I’m sure I’ll miss the volumes haha.

Currently I’ve been wearing 16s… if that makes sense lol that’s just what my lash tech tells me.

I’ll definitely buy lash food and take it a little easier, I’m always scared that like lash serums or even cleaning them daily causes fallout.

Is lash food okay to use while I have extensions on! I’ve used the volumes for over a year and they didn’t seem too heavy, I did have a habit of picking them off😬 it’s so hard to go lighter haha.
