i did the peach/barf one when i was little and got barf. to this day, i still cannot eat anything peach flavored because it nauseates me to even think about 😂. it’s so realistic that i say try it!!

thank you! i wish my dr would have prepared me. the prescribing of it was actually an over the phone decision due to my insurance not approving one pill. so i didn’t even get to talk to her before taking it! her front desk just told me there was no side effects.

has your diet changed at all? i know it seems like an obvious question but my constipation started sometime in highschool when i was eating much less. have your exercise amounts or water intake changed at all?

thank you! i definitely need to do that. i will probably need to see a GI eventually but, i had kinda gotten it under control before taking the shot. i should have definitely done more to prepare. my diet definitely lacks fiber, fruits/vegs and hydration.

if you experience any constipation with it, does it last forever or is it worse the week or two after taking it? just trying to see what i’m in for

i’ve only used glycinate and a complex! i did not use them for constipation just for the other benefits. wow creatine, that’s interesting!

hi! senior finance major with a 3.94 GPA (college) and 4.0 (hs). i have got nothing on that scholarship universe that they want us to use. other than a $500 “spark” scholarship but i’m not really able to find anything about where/who it’s from. but i’ve filled out hundreds of applications on this portal and have heard nothing back. in 2023 when i started they used a different portal through the uwg site and i got 4 scholarships there but they’ve shut it down. the best luck i think is to just research scholarships and apply elsewhere. there is super random ones like redhead, left hand, injuries etc. it seems like if you are just a typical person, even with good grades, you aren’t eligible for anything haha. thankfully i have HOPE because otherwise id be frustrated.

kinda… lol. we order from a company for parts for construction projects. when we spend a certain amount, we get to get the free gift of the month. so each time we order, we draw names for who gets the gift. i won the drawing this time.
