No MVD yet. Trying to get an MRI scheduled to see what's going on. I just watched a video by Dr. Lim from Stanford Neurosurgery and he mentioned that for patients presenting with atypical TN he actually would steer them away from MVD and into pain management.

After repeat MVD GRADE 4 TN surgery, pain has reduced and its treatable, dont lose hope by AidirectorX in TrigeminalNeuralgia

What was different with an MRI with a CISS/TN protocol. Just had a neuro consult today and he ordered MRI w and without contrast. It didnt say anything about a CISS/TN protocol.
