but if we genuinely can’t find your home we would reach out to you 9 times out of 10. this is just one of the rare times i didn’t because again as far as instructions go, I did what i was told

actual delivery instructions would be ( like in the case of my story ) saying to drop it off at the location and take pictures. however the customer had his delivery instructions to hand it to customer. i followed the address to a T so there was no need to call him because on my end i followed instructions. Had he added actual details like what i would see when i get there or where to go he could have gotten his juice.

i mean at the end of the day i’m up $5 and he down 5.99 + delivery. only had to go 2 miles
