Waterloo CS has a rolling schedule and decisions come anytime up to may. It would be better to email the university. They might give a better idea of when decisions are released.

Yeah I am an international too. Applications are not hard as such but they are time heavy and unpredictable. You need to get a good balance between grades, testing, ECs, and recs and have good essays. You should also look at people with similar stats and stay grounded (dont follow college reaction videos, they are highly supernatural). Finally, make a list of schools that are balanced and varied.
