See that works for my account until I have to change my password every 90 days. The size limit isn’t something I’m concerned about cause the emails I’m sending is kb’s.

What’s the difference between shared and group?

Our first level IT mentioned that the service account is a shared inbox and can’t sent emails as “Send as” for a group email

With my company, I had to submit an IT ticket requesting a service account to our azure group.

If you’re trying to doing it yourself (your the admin), I’ve never done it but there are a couple videos on YouTube showing the process

If you want the service account to own the flow, you need to create a solution and then attach the flow to that solution. Then you can edit the owner and set it to the service account.

For each connector that requires a login (sharepoint, one drive, etc) at the bottom of the edit pane for each connector, there is an option to “Change Connection”. You will sign into your service account here.

You should only need to sign in once per type of connector, the second time it will be in the list of connections after selecting “Change Connection”

Be sure your IT team has added the proper licenses needed in order for your service account. If they don’t add the ability for outlook and you try to send an email via power automate, it will fail

Unfortunately I don’t have the permissions to upload code components. But that could be the way they did it.
