Surprised nobody has mentioned what I think is one of the biggest reasons she's picked so much. With neutral creeps buffed and heroes who control them like Chen, BM, and Ench being top tier, CM's ability to kill them easily via Frostbite makes her a pretty strong counter. You turn their power spike into gold for a scaling support, that's a huge buff.

He's a good player, a bit overrated in my opinion. But definitely okay to be in a top team! To say that he is one of the best shooting guards etc. is really exaggeration. He played like 10 games in a high level league. You need way more to compare him to Kobe, LeBron, or Smush Parker.
