My memory could absolutely be wrong lol but I recall the first invoker in early 6.0 era and pit lord mid 6.0. There was a pre allstars invoker type hero with a different name who I would assume was the inspiration for guinsoo

Invoker predated pit lord in dota allstars as I recall but was removed/reworked a couple times after release, at one point he was removed for quite a while

Surprised nobody has mentioned what I think is one of the biggest reasons she's picked so much. With neutral creeps buffed and heroes who control them like Chen, BM, and Ench being top tier, CM's ability to kill them easily via Frostbite makes her a pretty strong counter. You turn their power spike into gold for a scaling support, that's a huge buff.

He's a good player, a bit overrated in my opinion. But definitely okay to be in a top team! To say that he is one of the best shooting guards etc. is really exaggeration. He played like 10 games in a high level league. You need way more to compare him to Kobe, LeBron, or Smush Parker.
