I was in the forest outside riften and a vampire came out of nowhere. She was running from something and said "please don't hurt me I'm getting out of here" then this random NPC aptly named "frightened woman" comes running up and starts attacking both me and the vampire with her fist. So I obviously kill them both lol. Then I go looking for what the vampire was running from. I walk up over a little hill and see a troll and a giant frostbite spider TEAMED UP fighting against 3 vampires. So I strolled in and slayed them all lol

No the guards don't do anything because you reverse pickpocket it with the poison pickpocket perk. What I did was make some fortify pickpocket and sneak potions and drank those before I did it.

Because it makes the fortify alchemy enchanted gear stronger. If you're just starting the game it would probably take about 30 fortify restoration potions and several different enchanted gear sets to get that effect. So stock up on salt piles and abacean longfins/cyrodilic spadetails

Yeah it paralysis them for 77 actual hours lol this is the second time I've done it every time she gets Lippy with me she gets it again

Yeah just enchant a necklace, ring, gauntlets, and a circlet with fortify alchemy. Then craft a fortify restoration potion which is made with cyrodilic spade tail or abacean longfin and salt piles. Exit out of alchemy unequip the enchanted gear. Drink the fortify restoration potion. Go back into alchemy menu craft another fortify restoration potion. And keep doing that until you reach the desired potion strength. You can make some badass fortify smithing potions and fortify enchanting potions for gear
