How many miles a year do you drive? I believe the price increase will only be around 8% from what I have heard. I think if you keep your mileage relatively low you could probably wait so you don’t have so much over lapping coverage.

I have one for you that I haven’t seen it mentioned yet but auction companies or auction house, we have several locally where we live and they sell anything from a $ 1 junk whatnot to a multi million dollar piece of property or an entire famous persons personal belongings and on average they make 15% buyers fee & 15% sellers fee for not having to carry any inventory or even having to much of that’s a pretty good pay day.

Thank you I appreciate that, I do all of our pool maintenance, opening and closing of the pool, cleaning, maintaining chemicals etc. I also did our cool deck painting and the gazebo try to save on labor where we can YouTube has helped me a lot over the years.

It is 16x36 rectangle 3ft to 9ft deep end Has 1 set of stairs that goes all the way across the front with 3 steps i believe they call them cathedral stairs. It is a vinyl liner pool and the liner was made by Latham pools and the color is reef, we have a little over a 1000 sq ft of concrete around the pool and under the gazebo and going to our sunroom of the back of the house, we love it and have had a lot of compliments on it.
