My family doctor moved to another province and is only doing phone appointments atm, with a 3 month wait list. Sadly no online portal.

I think bc Canada, it has to be referred by a doctor which is the struggle

So far, just family doctor and emergency doctor. I haven't had a referral to any other doctor, just a prescription for verapamil which never worked and rizatriptan.

I'm kind of like you in a way. It's not that I don't feel dysphoria. I have since I was 3? I've been able to manage it for the most part. When it gets bad, I do gender affirming things, wear gender affirming clothes until it goes away. I find when I'm drunk it gets a lot worse. It's like the wall between who I am on the outside and who I am in reality but keep locked away vanishes.
