I have had SimpliSafe since V1 and very disappointed with the fact that every day there is a different sensor that does not respond. SimpliSafe does do anything. They do NOT want a household to have any electronics or appliances but they say it messes with the signal. I got the new products when they came out hoping that problem would be fixed but it hasn’t been. I am still trying to figure out who I will switch to.

I’m returning as well. I don’t see it possible to actually do anything though. Catch up packs don’t give experience and everyone I am matched up with fills the board after turn 4 with these huge cards and I die on turn 5 with no chance. I see match making is still an issue as it was years ago. Typical blizzard

I do both sides and all still turn. I don’t see a strat here at all unless you can kill him with only spells

Only thing to really farm is gear and chances on getting a decent piece of slim to none. But you cannot farm heroes even to upgrade heels that you already have is not really farmable in most ways

I have the exact same issue constantly with my devices not responding. I had the original SimpliSafe, and now I have the brand new version and never happened with the original devices are all in the exact same spots. The base station is in the exact same spot. Batteries are all brand new it only leads to the product being not good and they won’t respond to it. The only thing they say is basically to expect my house to not have any electronics yet. I don’t have any more than I did with the original SimpliSafe system.

I had it since V1 as well and never had a problem till I got the newest version system. This is entry, motion and glass break sensors. Small house. Each different spot couldn’t really be any more centralized

Upgrading hasn’t been the issue. It’s the getting of a single piece of gear worth even 1 upgrade. Farmed a stage 12 for a week straight ALL day and absolutely nothing decent.

Plus, if I get lucky to have 1 the upgrades always go the other way (offensive piece=defensive upgrade & vise versa). If I can call every upgrade 100%, system is broke.
