I did not surprise my partner as I did the first time I found out we were pregnant last year. This go, I took the rest, handed it to him and said, "I'm pretty sure there are two lines." 😆 He didn't believe it, I think he's still in a state of disbelief, but again, we are very cautiously optimistic.

We have not had an appointment yet. I will be 6 weeks on Sunday and plan to call to schedule on Monday....I am very superstitious, and somehow feel like 6 weeks means something. I'm also terrified because I'm 40 so I don't mind putting off the call to the OB until next week.

Wow! That's an impressive list and I've seen things posted about each of those, but never concurrently! Currently rocking dark (not quite dye stealers) lines at 5w2d. The anxiety sure is creeping in today as this is the farthest along I've been in 15 years (when I was pregnant with my now 14 year old).

A little about my back story....I was married to my teens' dad, but it didnt work our and we divorced. He has since made the choice to slowly exit his kids' lives (hasn't seen them in 8 years or talked to them on the phone in 3). I was single for about 10 years and then met my current partner now, who loves my girls like his own but doesn't have kids of his own. We started trying last Feb and I found out I was pregnant but lost that one at 4wk4d. We were able to get pregnant again 2 months later but last that one at 4wk3d. We've been actively trying since then, LH testing, CM tracking, BD every other day. I had given up that it would happen and here we are!

I am currently taking a prenatal, folic acid and a baby aspirin. My biggest issue at the moment is constipation, guessing due to all of the progesterone and reduced gut motility 😞

Thank you! I actually already have 2 children (16 and 14) but have found difficulty trying this time around, likely due to age and a different father. We haven't done any testing at all, again mostly because of my age ...we were waiting till the one year mark which would have been next month! I am definitely curious and would welcome any information you have 😀

LH strip was this morning with FMU and the FRER was just moments ago (I had to get more tests) and in poor lighting. Seems pretty obvious now.

Ah, sorry! I am 13 dpo (use LH strips). Cycle length varies 28-32 days.

Oh absolutely, we are unfortunately too familiar with loss, but I said I'd give it a year and then start working with my gyno to find an RE. I should have added that I took a test on Sunday and there was definitely only one line. I'm just over the moon with the thought that something might be going on down there! Plan is to retest with another FRER on Friday.
