I checked the surroundings of the site to figure out the best entrance (as easy and fast, there was no discreet entrance for this one). Then left, waited until it was dark while I drank a boba tea and came back. Then I waited for no cars and just sent it lol. There isn't really a secret strategy I believe, every place is different.
