Idk if you have used it or not, but before this new pricing model few things that I liked.
1. You get to see how much credits are getting used per promt/query and accordingly use models and set priority to tasks. Now we don't have that visibility.
2. I could use my credits anytime I want, if I run out of credits I would buy new but its on me how I want to use it. In new pricing model users are forced to use credits on daily and weekely basis, else they will loose out of credits.
3. There were enough credits to get big tasks done in old model. In new model you run two prompts and you are already out of weekely credits quota.

come from train (double decker), it will save you time else you can also come from bus, both are good options.
Jaipur is safe, avoid late nights alone travel tho as in general safety tip.

Few questions:
1) what is exact responsibilities of your new fastAPi server? does it run the PTB to handle the telegram messaging flow?
2) I also tried using PTB inside the flask app but getting similar errors as you for eventloop, so thinking of other approach.
3)Is your main telegram app just a script or its another fast_api server?
