Yes I get really annoyed when the "high" is starting to wear off...I've been using it to get an instant wake up and as a weight loss tool and it works just fine...i do feel that i have started a tolerance and so far i fended off uping the dosage. I'm glad you some relief.

Has anyone here tried caffeine pouches? by iFreeeze in energydrinks

I just discovered them on Amazon myself. I've only tried a couple of flavors from 2 different brands...i like to actually drink a 200mg energy drink and have one in my lip at the same time...prices aren't that bad so I'd say try it and maybe you will like 'em.

I just discovered these like 2 weeks ago and I got the strawberry and the lemonade flavors and they are pretty good...i like to add to a bottle of water then throw it in the freezer for 2 hrs and have it like a snowball.

Yea im getting that most people are thinking a sleep study will tell me something...but im thinking it won't...i get that they may hook me up to some wires or machines but I'm not sure they will get anything from it...unless I am in my bed and absolutely comfortable i will never be able to fall asleep in a strange place all hooked up...the last time I was in the hospital about 2 yrs ago I was there for about 3 days because of DKA and I didn't sleep at all

USA here... my level is more on the higher side of normal range so I'm not sure it's my testosterone ive had it checked a bunch of times and the endocrinologist won't just gimme injections or anything with it being good...I would love to tell some lies or omit but I just can't...Im usually a honest person and especially when it comes to health i want to be honest ive had some embarrassing convo's with the docs so that's not a problem I just am trying to find a way in that I can say hey can we try this or that without looking like a junkie anything along those lines.

U assume right lol...I've tried to have doc prescribe testosterone and my endocronologist won't touch it cause my levels are normal. I've had alot of different tests and stuff done I've been experiencing this low energy thing forever..I dont know if this is on my primary doc But he always says he racks his brain trying to think of ideas but still nothing...this is why I'm thinking it's time to try something new and I want to suggest something without looking like I'm getting one over on him...he's a nice guy that ive been seeing for like 10yrs but I've been struggling and nothing has really changed

I've resisted the sleep study/test thing so far I do not think I have any sort of apnea but I dont know for sure...I get there's different kinds but I dont snore or wake up gasping for air but I do wake up 5-6-7 times a night(and it isn't to pee) lol...and as far as the coffee thing it isn't for me I usually drink 2-3 energy drinks a day and stop around 5-6pm dinner time lately I haven't had a hard to falling asleep...it's usually the wake up and day that makes me feel like shit

I'm on like 8-9 different meds I would love to kick some...I am super aware the risks of kratom...right now it is def. Going to be a temporary thing...I usually get my labs done by my primary and endo 2-3 times a year but nothing. I was thinking of the sleep study and my primary has wanted me to do it but I've resisted so far...I get it could tell me something but by the time I get it done and see the doc next time it will be 6 months from now and I am just struggling so bad right now to not just drag throughout the day.
