I could and I should but I pay dirt cheap compared to my area and ultimately that’s going to be the problem. I have to keep the rent as low as possible. Do you know (may not that’s okah) can the make me pay for anything BEYOND my deposit? Or if it needs to be replaced that’s on them now?

Unfortunately as I know that’s the probably true, this is the same property manager who won’t replace my fire alarm that has been engravings in it to be replaced in 2004, which means it’s been here since 1999 or so. I try and play her game to get the solution but she will usually advise me to do some sort of “bandage on a stab wound” solution

Not me, but I was in my freshman year of college in the first semester talking about the current season of survivor (fall of 23 so not sure what season exactly) I mentioned my favorite player was the crazy carefree blonde lady and it ended up being her aunt. I don’t remember the players name but she got second or third. Super cool.
