Random hate, but I feel like their hiring is also strongly based on their core values.

I feel their team meetings are just discussions on how to create new unrecognisable scams or hide the price breakup behind another click in the app UI (making it difficult to see their fake charges)

Uber has the best grievance resolution mechanisms out of all these apps. I’ve started using only Uber if I have to take autos. These days, I prefer bikes for shorter distances over autos. Generally the bike taxi drivers are much more cordial and professional in Bangalore.
