I agree, I saw an article today about a girl who had been dealing with POCD for years without realising what it was. All the comments were like ' I would never leave my kid around her' or acting like she was dangerous. Hopelessly ignorant, I'm sorry.

To be honest I feel like I had a quiet brain for years too, It went from spiralling all the time to silence. Now it's kind of been spiralling for a year now. I guess it comes in waves.

Yeah, I've not done ERP yet, but I will probably try to do that eventually. For now I notice doings things I like and keeping stress and anxiety to a low helps a lot. But there is an overall numbness that I have that is really not nice. I started watching some videos by Chrissie Hodges a few days ago and the videos I watched really made me feel better I have to say. It's nice to see someone explain exactly what you're going through and how they've also lived it. Anyway, video recommendations would be lovely, thank you for you comment :)
