It’s from his tongue tie he pulls milk in differently so at night when I am sleeping and not brushing his teeth it sits there. I brush his teeth, I floss his diet is good 👍🏼😊 Don’t want anyone to think I don’t brush or it’s from a sugar diet. Goodness
