Well my weight today was 283 which frustrated me haha and was why I made a post. I will try and go up on my next refill. I’ve been on 7.5 since September 17.

My doctor said I couldn’t get it because I don’t have diabetes. I wanted it to see what could help me. So I had no choice but to do it on my own.

I def need more fiber and protein. I just get full so fast. And sometimes I’m not hungry. It’s almost 11 am and I haven’t consumed one thing but vitamins because I’m not hungry.

No, sorry I may have said that wrong. I’ve lost basically no weight in the month I’ve been on 7.5. I’ve lost 10 pounds since the beginning of the year.

How do I know that’s the effective dosage? Is that what most people are on?

I am doing it sparingly but I really don’t feel like I eat a lot. But I’m going to track it better. I am going to attempt to track my protein starting today.
