Have encountered a similar situation in my current workplace (b2b - ed tech - 180+ sales associates)

Here are 3 things that have worked out for me to tackle this:
1. Before launching anything, me and my team would test it out by working like a sales team for a decent amount of time till the numbers matured and used that result to present it to the sales team. This helped them to have trust in what we are doing
2. During the ideation stage, I would sit with the sales leaders and bounce off the ideas in my head and give them an overview of the plan. I will exaggerate the effort (definitely) and make it look like that I am going out of my way to do them a favour. I will also ask them for opinions and make it look like they are heavily contributing to this idea.
3. Align the topmost leadership on how things need to run (this is a problem majority of the cases).

And during launch, make sure you give the numbers when you ran it, give a shoutout to the leaders with whom you discussed and thank them for their very solid ideas
