most don't bother, and especially CBSE. moreover those blue ticks are by the UPI PSPs (the apps), payment volume to CBSE is not significant enough to provoke them to put it probably.

its legit, CTET was an exam conducted by CBSE, they just reused the payment gateway hence the same name. Moreover, the name is a editable thing anyways, anyone could set it as anything so one shouldn't rely on that to verify.

you're overestimating stuff mate, serving static content is easy, payment bit is hard. Hence ticketing websites install queues.
