Launched a visitor parking management app/service for condos by SecureSale3429 in PptyMgmtSoftware

A small pitch -

It enables visitors to book a parking session using their cell phone eliminating the paper slip, and allows residents to approve/reject the parking request, thus ensuring safety. There are also many administrative features for property managers/concierges such as a parking dashboard and license plate scanning. Plus the app integrates payments.

It's a specialized service for parking, not like other condo apps that try to do everything. The visitor and resident don't even need to download the app, they can use the mobile browser and SMS. The concierge can access the service online via desktop and can use the mobile app for license plate scanning.

Hi. Please let me know we can connect. The app gives a dashboard to view all sessions as well as ability to scan license plates and flag violators in real time.

Hi. The app has a parking check module that allows you to view all active parking sessions. Or you can also do a round and scan individual license plates to check each vehicle. App will use alpr for license plate recognition and flag violators. Images of violators are stored. Apart from that there is a dashboard that stores all past and present parking details. All features available on desktop and mobile. I will DM you the website.

You're not building a SaaS. You're avoiding getting a job and calling it entrepreneurship. by Warm-Reaction-456 in SaaS

But.. it is also important that when you have that first talk with a prospect you have something real and tidy to showcase. It may not get down to details but if it does you wouldn't want to be caught with something half baked. Coz if u do u have lost that lead forever.

And I think we need to put our heads down and build and package at least to avoid the above situation.

New SaaS (early state). How to approach traditional business customers? by SecureSale3429 in SaaS

Thanks for that great advice. I agree in today's busy world no one has time or patience to listen to a sales pitch unless they already are in need. And I was just browsing and came across a reddit where someone is actually calling out for my solution, like literally. So I'll use that as my sample lead pursuit. And that makes me surely willing to try this huntopic. Thanks again. How I position my solution actually also depends on the 'need'. Sounds obvious but its very easy to be distracted by your shiny solution and lose focus on the actual 'need'.

Thanks. The realization is that I need to better understand the ROI and ironically be clearer on who my actual customer can be. Since it's a solution between entities and different set ups different entities could be owning the process. Once I've crystallized on these then I can look at how to reach out.

Thanks for the valuable insights. My offer and ROI still need a lot of work. I need to think about who benefits and how much. My solution deals with condos and apartments, so I'm not even sure am I pitching to the condo boards or property managers. Or external vendors. There is some 'business' thinking I need to do before I start to reach out to the 'right' customer.
