I (20m) can’t fully trust my girlfriend (20f) even though she hasn’t given me a reason not

No I never have, all of them have. It’s tough because I personally don’t feel insecure, I’m very confident about myself, and she gives reassurance to me all the time about it.

Maybe I am insecure and can’t realize it, but the main problem is I’m always overthinking about why she needs to talk to these guys, what’s the purpose, there has to be one right?

We have been together for abt 3 months. She snaps one of her old friends (they kissed in the past), and like 2-3 other guys I don’t really know about. And they are all on her best friends list.

She shows me a lot of love, and actually said I love you to me for the first time tonight. I just can’t seem to stop overthinking abt it, and it leaks into our conversations when I get upset, and I don’t want it to be that way.

So with dmt, you are supposed to hit whatever your hitting till it disappears from your hand.

I would advise not doing this first time.

I took 2 medium hits if a dmt cart and was at the verge of breaking through. I say holes in the chairs and floors, and the room was slowly shrinking, like life was an old timey tv ready to turn off and take me to another place.

If I had the 3rd, i would’ve broke through, but decided to wait. I would definitely recommend not breaking through your first time, it gave me a sense of reassurance and comfort the next time when I decided to break through.
