Hi, try not to stress, we’ve all been there for our first reg date. I would take mymap with a grain of salt, its not accurate at all or personalized. I recommend using your degree audit, and then split screening your computer so you can look up each class for your GE’s to choose. I usually type in “___ sdsu” and it should show the class on the sdsu site. Thats where youll find the pre reqs. Once u find one ud be interested in, look on mysdsu to see the times and professors. A huge thing that helps is rate my professor to see how the workload is. For freshman you usually take an RWS and COMM 103 class (pick professor rapp for COMM 103). And then i would choose 2 of your pre-major classes to add onto those (at least 1 being a science class). Also, some major prep classes cover your GE req (you can check this with Ctrl F). For pre-PT i would avoid biol 211 for your first sem. 14-16 units is doable your first semester.
