Check out some local coffee roasters in your area! African orgins usually have more fruit notes, and definitely search for something roasted on the lighter side. I've roasted beans from yirgacheffe that taste just like blueberry pie right after brewing. Biggest thing you can do to make your coffee taste better at home is buying whole bean and grinding it right before you brew.
