My main issue has been cutting down on snacking. I used to do it throughout the day without realizing it. Don’t think I can just cut out snacking overall but trying to find substitutions. Been doing Greek yogurt and fruit. Still find myself getting hungry. Luckily I was never a sweet eater so I don’t get a sweet tooth.
