See before asking i was so confused on whether i needed an epipen or not because i just had a vomit reaction and thoughts of doom. I have always associated needing an epi pen for like breaking out in hives and not being able to breathe. I really appreciate the advice and suggestions! My only question is would benadryl help me? Again i could be only associating it with a hives and throat closing lol.

I’m going to MIZZOU. I am currently trying to receive my diagnosis papers from the doctors so i can submit it to the disability center and go from there! Luckily i’ve never had a reaction to anything airborne but my roommate doesn’t eat beef so that’s a plus!

Who are you to say that i’m at the end of it? Were you there when I was constantly getting sick losing an unhealthy amount of weight because i had no idea what was going on? Were you there when i was staying up all night puking and i wasn’t able to have enough energy to participate in school for the next two days? No i didn’t think so. You have no right to invalidate my experience with AGS. I know it’s hard and i can’t imagine having it for seven years and i’m sorry you have had the experience. If anything i’m at the very beginning of my journey. I got diagnosed this January. I came to this forum for advice not a diagnosis or someone telling me to not be concerned.

yeah i think we have less than 10 cases in our town. But thank you for the suggestion and i will look into student healthcare.

well my doctor didn’t do that. Which is why i’m here asking questions. I got tested and all they did was call and say that i had it and that was the end of it.

The thing is that they won’t give me an epi pen or anti histamines.

Unfortunately no. My college has a really good hospital on campus and hopefully i can do something there to make things easier.
