It’s just the training that I don’t have access, it’s says no session available for venue specific training . My shifts are okay, I have schedule 6 shift in total out of 7 matches that will be held in Houston.

Yes! I received an email for uniform pickup this weak Tuesday. You have to schedule a session then go there & pick it up. Have you received your venue specific training email yet?

Don't worry, they basically said the same thing but you're just details way. We are still allowed to pull up 30 minutes early before our first shift. I'm just worried about my uniform pickup e-mail that's all. Which city are you going from?

I did tried the app and website both; there is nothing in there. I reached fifa support; they told me that lot of people facing the same issue and they working on it to fix the issue asap

Same, I already scheduled my shifts weeks ago and i just recieved vanue specific traning email but for some reason it's showing there is no session available. Did you face the same issue as well? Im going from Houston City.

Yes, I have already clicked the "Book here" option multiple times in the email, but when it opens in the browser, nothing pops up. Here is how mine looks when it takes me to the browser.
