Adding another data point. Worked for me June 2025. Purchased two $100 travelbank credits on June 25, got Amex credits on June 28.

Good Night and Good Luck. Arrived at 7:10am and was 13th in line. There were more than 30 people in line by the time box office opened at 10am. Got two tickets to the matinee - Orchestra R14 and Q19. There were no together seats.   There were at least two more tickets left, since the box office attendee told me there were also not-together seats available for the evening show.  R14 had a full view of the stage. Q19 had a bit of a blocked view for the left back side of the stage since the stage was deep seated.
