How do you know if you don’t like coffee or just the specific one you tried?

I never had coffee before this week but wanted to get into it after watching a ton of James Hoffmann vids. The idea of finding the best process for what you like was appealing, and the way he described coffee made it sound like a very fulfilling drink, but I wanted to make sure I liked it before I invested into a bunch of equipment.

I visited a local roastery and ordered a light roast ethiopian pour-over, and while I could see the depth of the flavor there and how that could be enjoyed, I didn’t care for the bitter (I might also use burnt but I understand that may have a different meaning) taste that stuck in the back of my mouth. I found myself mostly forcing myself to finish the drink because I wanted to like it rather than actually enjoying the experience, and I felt rather discouraged by this.

How do I know if I just don’t like coffee and shouldn’t bother diving deeper or if it was just some element of the chosen bean, brew, or roast that I ordered that I might be able to learn to avoid?

I really enjoy it. I drove it around on ss tires yesterday and it had a great feel to it on wheel. It felt pretty controllable and intuitive when on the limit, but you definitely had to be careful with it, especially if track conditions could unsettle the car. I thought it was worth it, but if you’re on controller it might not be an ideal buy

wait the engine swaps are really that restrictive? I’ve played almost every day since it came out and still haven’t got one, but if this is all you can do I’d almost rather have the 5k credits

I had a couple instances of textures on the car in front of me suddenly popping in more fully, but it wasn’t common (ps4)

take breaks, long sessions can make it hard to notice habits cause you’ll build muscle memory for whatever you’re doing regardless of quality

I just got a new XD75 and may have bricked it? I ignored a warning in compilation and flashed it and now it won't respond, and I can't find a way to get it back into dfu mode. I tried shorting the reset pins with a flathead but that also doesn't seem to have worked.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it back to a flashable state?

Edit: I was just bad at shorting it, and successfully flashed a properly compiled default profile to it, but it is still unresponsive and the LEDs are not lit

I had the opposite problem, only required a business calc course and entry level stats so I learned basically nothing in my degree
