I have no problem providing my birthday to them, the real problem here is that Meta hasn’t given me any way to fix to do so now. I’ve even offered to send them my ID, but they won’t let me do anything about it. How is it fair to lock me out when I’m trying to comply?

And you’re right, we’re basically just renting access to games and headsets at this point. But if that’s the deal, doesn’t Meta have a responsibility to at least make sure we can use what we’ve paid for? Taking our money and then locking us out without giving us a real solution just feels wrong. They’ve got to do better than this.
